1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Echeo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Subscription Plans
- Free tier: 1 repository code health audit
- Pro tier: Unlimited repositories ($99/month subscription)
- Enterprise tier: Custom deployments ($499/month subscription)
- All subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
- Changes take effect immediately
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Tax Information Required
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you must provide a W-9 form before receiving payments. We will issue Form 1099-NEC to contractors paid $600+ per year, as required by the IRS.
4. Zero-Training Guarantee
We do NOT train AI models on your code. We only analyze code structure and metrics for code health analysis. Your source code never leaves your repositories.
5. Research Content and White Papers
By downloading our white papers or subscribing to research updates:
- You agree to receive research updates and white paper notifications
- You can unsubscribe at any time
- Research content is provided for informational purposes only
- Research findings are based on aggregate data and statistical analysis
- Individual results may vary

6. Email Communications
By providing your email address:
- You consent to receive emails from Echeo.io
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails
- We use Resend for email delivery (privacy-focused service)
- Your email address is not shared with third parties
